Message/Story Development:
Are your messages consistent across all lines of communications? Just because you understand what you're saying, doesn't mean others do. Are you obscuring the major points? We help eliminate the clutter, so each word counts, or we help you develop new messages. We believe in saying exactly what you need to say; nothing more, nothing less.
Messages should be compelling, concise, consistent and memorable, and supported by strong storytelling. People don't always remember everything we try to convey, but they do remember stories.
Recent Experience:
- Media trained more than a dozen professors/administrators at a local university.
- Helped a federal agency produce a video for employees.
- Helped developers reframe their story, develop message points and win community support. Served as spokesman.
- Provided media training to property managers of a shopping center chain.
- Managed a DVD project to explain the developer's vision of a major project.
- Helped client create video for use in presentations. (Click Here to see the video)
- Helped clients improve content and delivery of testimony.

Media Training:
You never want to be "interviewed" without clearly defined messages, schooling in verbal and physical techniques, and a lot of on-camera practice.
- Media training includes background on how reporters work and how you stay in control.
- Training builds confidence your message will get through.
- Teaches how to make points even if they ask the wrong questions.
In a crisis situation, with your reputation on the line, being "interviewed" with no training is not a risk you can afford to make.
Crisis Communications should be part of an overall communications plan. Make plans before something goes wrong, so you're ready when a reporter calls.
